Income, assets, credit verified. You can shop with confidence and write offers.
Property identified, file updated with subject property. Appraisal ordered.
Underwriting cleared with remaining conditions. We work the list down.
All conditions met. Final docs prepared, closing scheduled, funds released.
The first conversation is to understand what you are working on. No application required to talk. We listen, ask diagnostic questions, and tell you whether the studio is the right fit for your file.

If we are not the right fit, we tell you. We send referrals to other lenders for files that do not match our programs. That is rare, but it happens.

If a problem could affect your close date, you hear from us within 24 hours. With the issue identified, the impact assessed, and at least one path forward proposed. We do not bring you a problem without bringing you a plan.
